My download will not work
Broken or corrupt files are fixed or refunded, with no time limit. Send your order number and we will send a fresh link.
I cannot find my purchase
Check your library if you have an account. If you checked out as a guest, the confirmation email has a link that still works.
I bought the wrong product
If you have not downloaded it, this is straightforward. Tell us which product you meant.
I was charged twice
Duplicate charges are always refunded. Send both order numbers.
A question about a product
Ask before you buy. We would rather answer a question than process a refund.
Something about my account
Email changes, deleting your account, or moving guest purchases into an account.
Getting in touch
Write to support@empiresheets.ca. One person reads it. There is a contact page too, with the same address on it. A form will replace the address once checkout is live.
Whatever you send, include your order number if you have one, and what you expected to happen versus what did. It saves a round trip.
